Oh La! Secret Teaching is the magical way

Because the Spirits will bestow

upon you evidence of the divine

And miracles and prodigy in this time period

By studying this secret teachings the Spirit will protect you

And teach you profound lessons

About having faith in heavenly spirits

About the existence of wrathful Gods

...About the existence of spirit after death

And about the wheel of karma... Oh my beloved masters!

Being trapped in Avīci hell

Or enjoying the bliss of nirvana

Oh la... Secret Teaching is the magical way

That will help you understand the principles of justice (law of fairness)

By helping another you must accept that loss

Not by expecting a reward from heavenly spirits

By giving we accept that loss

Don't expect any heavenly reward

Or any special merits by being of service

Such are lies by ordinary monks

Oh la... to create greed in the common people

Who then bring offerings only to receive merits

Without the proper approach one only creates more karma

Going the wrong way one will only fall into the abyss

Thus you must have a peaceful mind

And follow step by step your Teacher

Being taught heed your teacher guidance

Being give be grateful for what you receive

Always remember your status

As a speck of dust - hardly noble!


...Alright, do listen carefully, my child

So that you can see how small you are in comparison to the ocean....Oh beloved masters

The masters bestow love

Like the biggest ocean or the highest mountain

Oh la...I receive this teaching with gratitude with respect

With sincerity I bow down to thank my Teacher

For having given this glorious Way

To the Vietnamese fatherland Vietnam so that it will inherit this grace forever
