I bow down to my Grandmaster and Master.
In the past few weeks, I have had this question: Who has the greatest influence on you?' in my head and recently in an English exercise. And my answer is invariably the same, that person is the enlightened teacher, my revered Grandmaster, and Master; due to whom my life has totally changed since 2018. At that time, my mind was constantly preoccupied with thoughts and unattainable desires; uncertain about my future and my goals, I just wanted to run from the feeling of emptiness. From receiving the Initiation Rite into Old_Guru Secret Teaching, I have experienced and learned preciously meaningful lessons which I've never thought of before. The teaching methods are very objective, with a scientific approach and have no place for superstition or euphemism.
I am learning the true spiritual Way and I've come to understand that the goal of self-cultivation is to seek wisdom in order to take care of myself first and then help other people. There are three big lessons that I must remember and diligently practice.
First, the principle of being deferential to your Teacher and respect ethics and morals, as well as Grandmaster’s valuable teachings. The disciple will be applying various lessons about righteousness, courage, self-esteem and responsibility in the material or spiritual life for self - growth and development.
“When eating a fruit, think of the person who planted the tree,” is the basic virtue of a decent person, which require actions instead of mere words to show one’s highest sense of appreciation and gratitude.
Second, overcome your ego. I have been training under different circumstances and being aware of my position in life. I should accept the imperfection, unfavorable or favorable situations in the life cycle with a peaceful mind. And true humility is crucial to better learning.
Third, the absolute belief in the spiritual Path. I need to be strong enough to handle my challenges and adversities with a calm mind. A brave heart and a determined mind need to be exercised little by little to understand that “Success is not final, failure is the opportunity to stand up and begin again more confidently and more wisely.”
Respectfully submitted.
